For shared use: property 1'000 m2. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Kleinstummerberg Haarland" 1.7 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 5.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 12 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 3 km.
