Haus Sonneck Xmas 23

We stayed at Haus Sonneck for xmas 2023. Two families, a total of 9 people. The stay was amazing and so was the skiing. Ski bus is very close by. The house was great and well equipped. The only negative would be that the wifi in the house is not great and does not reach all the rooms.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Umgebung bietet so viele tolle Möglichkeiten für Familien, so dass auch nach 12 Tagen keine Langeweile aufkam.Ob e-bike Tour, Klettern, Schwimmen, Trampolinpark, Golf oder Spazieren auf dem Berg, es war alles dabei!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren mit einer Wandergruppe mit 9 Leuten dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber hat für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausgereicht.

Gepflegt, großräumig, freundlich

Wir hatten das Haus mit 9 Personen gebucht. Einige Zimmer waren verschlossen, da sie für diese Anzahl nicht benötigt wurden. Waschbecken in jedem Schlafzimmer, welche groß und gepflegt sind. Toiletten separiert von den Duschen. Die Küche ist etwas klein, so dass max. zwei Personen zeitgleich darin arbeiten können. Das Wohnzimmer ist wie ein angebautes Zimmer an das eigentliche Haus und eher als Esszimmer zu verstehen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin (wohnt im EG). Bus zu den Liften 2min entfernt

Algemeen goed. Keukengerief summier. Keuken - en woonruimte te klein voor 11 pp. Tuin met te weinig tuinmeubelen is niet ok . Omgeving en huis zelf is prima gelegen . Goede privacy.

Wir warten 8 Personen und hatten nach einer großen Unterkunft gesucht und wurde hier fündig. Wunderbarer Blick auf die Berge, großer Balkon rundum, saubere und große Zimmer und für die Anzahl der Betten/Personen auch ausreichende Bäder. Einziges kleines Manko für eine vollbesetzte Unterkunft ist die Küche etwas klein geraten (Kühlschrank). Wir können die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet für eine große Gruppe wie wir sie waren. Stilecht renoviert, bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben sich sofort um Kleinigkeiten gekümmert. Die Horbergbahn ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Gute Unterkunft in schöner Lage

Das Haus ist mit viel Holz wohnlich ausgestattet. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Ruhig mit schöner Aussicht, alle Ziele gut erreichbar. Für Teile der Ausstattung sind Modernisierungen vorgesehen was die Wohnqualität nochmals erhöhen dürfte. Gerne wieder..!

Schönes Häuschen

Das Haus liegt in super Lage im kleinen Ort Ramsau. Aktivitäten sind sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist nicht allzu gut bestückt, so mussten wir noch große Töpfe, Messer etc. mitbringen. Mülleimer sind in den Zimmern leider nicht verfügbar. Lagermöglichkeiten gibt es für eine größere Gruppe kaum. Der kleine Essbereich ist der einzige Gemeinschaftsraum, da hätten wir uns einen größeren Raum gewünscht. Sehr kleine Küche. Ansonsten war es sauber, die Zimmer waren top. Nette Vermieterin.

Het huis was mooi, de gemeensc...

Het huis was mooi, de gemeenschappelijke ruimten zoals kamer en keuken eigenlijk te klein voor het totaal aantal personen, evenals het aantal kopjes en glazen. Toegezegde WIFI werkte niet of nauwelijks.Bewoners waren vriendelijk, omgeving was prachtig.Accommodatie zag er netjes uit. Reistips: Prachtige regio met buitengewoon veel mogelijkheden tot wandeltochten en andere uitstapjes. Als je niet zo van wandelen houdt is de regio wellicht iets minder aan te bevelen.

Schön und günstig mit kleinen Schwächen

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage und mit netten Vermietern. Ein sehr schöner Wohnraum mit Holztisch und Berghütten Ambiente. Die einzelnen Zimmer waren sauber und boten ausreichend Platz. Schön wären mehr Steckdosen in den Zimmern, sowie mehr Ablage- und Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Toilette im Obergeschoß wird nur über ein einfaches Rohr belüftet. Bei Regen wird man nass. Für eine angebotene Belegung von bis zu 12 Personen ist der eine Kühlschrank in der Küche knapp bemessen. Sehr positiv ist die angebotene Grillmöglichkeit, der Parkplatz vorm Haus und die schönen Balkons mit tollem Ausblick. Der Preis ist unschlagbar günstig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
