This historical craftsman is just too cute. All the trim details and original wood floors, period accurate furniture and wood doors make it a delight. The completely fenced backyard was great for our little pup. The partially sunken pool and in deck hot tub were perfect for us. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. And I’m pretty sure there were at least 30 charging cords throughout the house. Nothing to complain about at all. We had a great time and if we are ever back in Wenatchee, this will be our place.

Hello and welcome! My husband (Dan) and I (Connie) are local to the region and personally use this home when it’s not occupied by guests. When the property is rented, we stay with family in the Tri‑Cities. Starting in 2027, we’ll be spending our winters in Florida from January through April and would love to host longer‑term renters during those months.

Why they chose this property

This charming historic neighborhood offers the best of both convenience and outdoor living. It’s just minutes from downtown and surrounded by local coffee shops, walkable tree‑lined streets, and nearby parks in every direction. Guests love the easy access to the riverfront—Columbia River and Riverfront Park are just a 10‑minute walk (or a quick 2‑minute drive)—as well as the scenic Riverwalk and Loop‑to‑Loop Trail, perfect for biking and leisurely strolls.
Everyday conveniences are close at hand, with local grocery stores nearby and a shopping mall just a 5‑minute drive away, featuring stores such as JCPenney, Target, Burlington, Buckle, Ulta, Famous Footwear, and more. Hospitals and medical services are also close by (5‑minute drive or 20‑minute walk), making the area very practical for short or extended stays.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the Cascade foothill hiking trails within a 10‑minute drive, Mission Ridge Ski Resort only 20 miles away for winter fun, and easy day trips to Leavenworth (30 minutes), Lake Chelan (40 minutes), and The Gorge Amphitheatre (45 minutes).

Guests enjoy convenient parking both in front and back of the property, a rare find in historic neighborhoods. The private pool and hot tub add an unexpected touch of luxury, making the home ideal for relaxation, extended stays, or a comfortable retreat after exploring the region.
