Clean, spacious, comfortable, beautiful place. Great view of the city and super convenient if you are traveling downtown Seattle. Would be better to bring a more compact vehicle if you plan to use the parking spot provided. I have stayed in many rental properties over the years and the hosts were the most helpful with the clear details they provide and the quick responses provided. Thank you!!
The stay was very nice. The home was very clean. The neighborhood was a mix of modern and older homes but was very walkable as far as getting steps in. There were parks and a cute little garden but not much else within walking distance. Gentrification appears to be in process in the neighborhood which was unsettling as the unhoused were in close proximity although they did not appear threatening. The neighborhood seems to support those in need which I appreciated seeing. I point this out due to the issues with parking. The appointed spot with the unit is compact only so you’re forced to park on the street and that is an ordeal by itself. There are LOTS of stairs in the unit. Each room, literally, is only accessible by flights of stairs. This created a sense of privacy for each bedroom but privacy is not that important when you’re on the main floor and have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the kitchen. We were close to downtown and the highway which was very convenient.
We had such a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely unreal, and the location was perfect for our trip. It was so easy to get to the Mariners game and downtown Seattle. Chris was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and fit all seven of us perfectly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle!
