The master bedroom offers a King size bed, the guest bedroom has 2 bunk beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 1 twin bed bed and one Full bed creating the perfect family environment. This unit has parking for TWO vehicles ONLY. Large oversized vehicles such as trucks (Ford F150/Toyota Tundra) and large SUV’s will not fit in the garage.
Kitty-corner from Snowflake Lift with ski-in access, this property eliminates the trudge to the lift with gear. Easily walk downhill to Main Street, and take the free shuttle back home! The woods next to the ski run, right behind your building, is a great place for kids to play in the snow, make snow angels or take a walk at night to see the stars.
The entry door is on the second floor, so you have beautiful views of downtown Breckenridge and Peak 8. 2 Master bedrooms affords privacy while the main level's generous size and open floor plan is ideal for keeping an eye on little ones while enjoying the company of friends and family. Upper Village Pool and Hot tubs is located off site(about a 5-10 minute walk or short drive) at 450 Village Road in Breckenridge.
Other things to note Parking is strictly enforced. Only TWO vehicles allowed. There is no extra or overflow parking at the complex. Large trucks (Ford F150/Toyota Tundra) and SUV’s will not fit in the garage.
Upper Village Pool and Hot tubs is not located on the premises. The pool and hot tubs are a 5 minute walk or short drive to the Pool and hot tub facilities.
