The spacious living room with an open kitchen and adjoining dining area is the heart of the apartment. From here, you have access to the large west-facing balcony, which extends along the living area all the way to the bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature a double bed and a large closet; one also has a second TV. For your comfort, there are two bathrooms. One has a bathtub, and the other has a walk-in shower. The highest priority was placed on quality when furnishing the entire apartment. For example, you won’t have to do without heated towels. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth in all rooms.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a fee (coin-operated). A parking space is located in the courtyard. Wi-Fi is available and can be used free of charge. The apartment is particularly family-friendly, featuring a high chair already provided, as well as a travel cot for babies that includes a mattress but no linens. You can use both free of charge during your stay.
