The apartment is located on the first floor of the Rondell building and offers space for up to four people in its 61 square meters. The living area features an open-concept layout and includes a high-quality built-in kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, a dining table with comfortable chairs, and a cozy sitting area. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m), while the smaller bedroom has a sleeper sofa (2.00 m x 1.60 m) that can accommodate a third adult—and ideally a child. A special highlight of the apartment is the large terrace, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the complex’s park. The modern shower room rounds out the amenities.

A designated parking space is located in the building’s underground garage (max. clearance height 1.93 meters). There, you can also use the washer and dryer for a fee. Bicycles you bring with you can be securely stored in the underground parking garage.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The sauna and swimming pool in the neighboring building are available for shared use for a fee.
