Holiday Apartment 02, measuring 55 m², is located on the ground floor of the house and features a cosy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms (with double beds; the larger bedroom also includes a cot and a changing table for young guests), a sunny, west-facing terrace surrounded by greenery, and a bathroom with a shower. The beds in the bedrooms are raised for easy access. The apartment is allergy-friendly. Free Wi-Fi and a private parking space are also included. The building features washing machines, dryers, and a spacious sauna. The perfect location right on the promenade is just a stone’s throw from the beach and the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.



The historic Villa Vineta, situated in a prominent location directly on the beach in the seaside resort of Bansin, is one of the most beautiful homes on Usedom’s coast. Spectacular views of the Baltic Sea or Schloonsee.

Villa Vineta features a spacious Finnish sauna (coin-operated) with a relaxation room.
