Master has queen bed. Studio area has queen murphy bed. 2 twin size cots can be used as small individual beds. Couch is long enough for an average adult to sleep on if needed.
Front and rear balconies provide outdoor space.
Washer/Dryer in unit. Full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.
Walking distance to Whitewater kayak course, exceptional fly fishing, Arkansas River Trail and Colorado State Fair Grounds. Within a mile of Union Ave. District connecting to the Pueblo River Walk shops and restaurants. Less than 5 minute ride to Elmwood golf course, Dutch Clark Stadium, City Park, Waterworks River Park (river surfing and tubing) and Runyon Baseball Fields. 2 miles to St. Mary Corwin Hospital and 2.5 miles to Parkview hospital.
