Glass sliders open to an over-sized backyard with pool and spa (smart system w/app controller), bocce ball court on a corner lot with unobstructed views. This highly coveted Trovita Plan offers many amenities including a gourmet quartz island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, , wine refrigerators, and walk in pantry. The kitchen is open to the TV room with fireplace and views of the golf course. The formal living area is complete with wet bar area and long dining table to seat 8. TV's in every bedroom with all the popular streaming apps. The primary bedroom suite features a fireplace with an extended den/office space. The primary bathroom includes a walk in shower, over-sized soaking tub, walk in closet, dual sinks and separate vanity area. Furniture by Restoration Hardware. Located in close proximity to Old Town La Quinta, El Dorado and Empire Polo Fields, Thermal Horse Show, BNP Paribas, SilverRock Golf Resort, PGA West and grocery, restaurants, hiking and cycling. Rate includes HOA dues, $200 utility allowance per month, 24 hour patrolled gated security, landscape and pool maintenance and internet and cable.
