The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PLEASE do not go over the bulkhead onto the Intracoastal beach. There are oysters everywhere, which are dangerous and can seriously cut you.
At low tide the floating dock can be very steep, so please go down with caution and use the handrail.
Don’t flush anything except toilet paper. We have a very sensitive sewer system in our area that uses lift stations and grinding pumps.

Beautiful place on the intercostal close to downtown St. Augustine. Salt and serenity is a slice of heaven and we all enjoyed every minute. The owners have gone out of their way to think of everything to make the stay wonderful. Thank you Jennifer and Steve for being so welcoming. We look forward to staying with you again.

My husband, Steve and I, have lived in St Augustine for over 20 years. Originally from Jacksonville, we moved here to raise our two sons and give them a better quality of life. We LOVE our North Beach community and are happy to share it with our guests.

Why they chose this property

It's rare to have a place that is both close to the beach and the Intracoastal. Being able to see both the sunrise and the sunsets is special.

Our neighborhood is incredibly friendly and walkable. You will notice that there are a lot of vacation rentals, which has been somewhat detrimental to the community feel. Because we have no HOAs and are governed solely by the county (and not the city of St Augustine), the area was prime pickings for developers. We are now about a 60/40 split between rentals and residents. But it still hasn't taken away from the charm of the area.

What makes this property unique

Steve and I only have one guest home at the moment, but this is the third one that we have built and/or renovated. We try to curate our rentals the way we like to rent them, with high end furnishings and landscaping that make it feel more like a home away from home then an actual rental. We are the only vacation rental in this area with its own private dock and close proximity to downtown St Augustine. We hope you love our home as much as we love sharing it with visitors.
