Holiday Apartment “Rose Garden” near Lake Constance with Wi-Fi & Balcony

The family-friendly apartment is situated next to a forest in the health resort Heiligenberg, only a short drive from the banks of Lake Constance and close to many great hiking and cycling routes. The 70 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom (only one shower is available, the bathtub should not be used) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a baby cot and a highchair. The apartment has a balcony, where you can start the day with coffee in the morning or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners. In Heiligenberg, you will find a bakery, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants all within a 5-minute walk (600 m) from the apartment, and a 10-minute drive (5.2 km) away, in Frickingen, you will find a supermarket. A zoo, Affenberg Salem, is located a 19-minute drive (15 km) from Heiligenberg, and you can reach the nearest beach, Ostbad, is located a 24-minute drive or 16.5 km away in Überlingen, a lakeside town with a charming old town centre and lovely promenade. There you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy wonderful views of the lake and the mountain on the other side. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 28-minute drive (21 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing a mere 8-minute drive (4.3 km) from Heiligenberg or across the nearby Austrian border.

Ferienwohnung ist sauber und geräumig. Es gibt einiges an Regeln zu beachten wie zum Beispiel Duschzeiten. Fanden wir schwierig weil man doch nach einem Ausflugstag auch nach 22.00 duschen möchte. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man benötigt.

Wir haben uns in der sehr hellen und ruhigen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

Pros: Der Wohn-Essbreich war sehr großzügig. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet. Gern haben wir auch den Balkon genutzt. In der Küche war alles, was wir gebraucht haben, vorhanden. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns gern mit ihr unterhalten. Cons: Dazu fällt uns nichts ein.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Sie liegt zwar nicht direkt am See,aber trotzdem sehr schöne Gegend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal nach Heiligenberg zu Frau Kloka.

Ruhe-Oase nahe Bodensee

Sehr schöne Dachgeschoss-Wohnung mit Balkon - ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Bodensee und in dessen Hinterland. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gute Lage …

… für Ausflüge in der Bodenseeregion: Ein paar Kilometer mit dem Auto und dann mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß weiter. Auch Heiligenberg ist ein beschaulicher kleiner Ort mit Wanderwegen. Sehr gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche!

Sehr ruhige Lage, das Haus ist gemütlich. Monika ist sehr freundlich und sehr kinderlieb. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es stehen viele Spielsachen und Bücher zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank Monika für den Aufenthalt und die Gastfreundschaft.
