Family vacation home in a quiet location

This is a house with a garden. There are five bedrooms available on the lower and upper floors. A large living room and a spacious kitchen with everything you need are located on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms has an additional seating area and the option to sleep two more people on a sofa bed. This room also has access to a large rooftop terrace.<br>There are two parking spaces in front of the house, but you can also easily reach everything by bus and train. The tram stop is about a 50-meter walk away, and it’s just four stops to the city centre.<br>A 240-euro fee for final cleaning, bed linens, and towels, as well as a 500-euro security deposit, must be paid in cash upon arrival.
