Welcome to Cair Paravel located at 19 Brown Pelican Trail. Reminiscent of the Narnia castle situated on a peninsula where the Great River meets the Eastern Ocean - Our grand castle is on the Cape Fear River and The Atlantic. This pristine South Beach home features ocean views and gorgeous coastal décor. With five bedrooms and five full and one-half baths, this home can comfortably accommodate 14 people. You will be blown away by the extraordinary views of the beaches and golden sunsets. Take 25 steps and you are on the direct beach path to South Beach access #27 where you can easily enjoy ample time enjoying the sand and surf.

From the moment you arrive, you will realize this home is located on one of the best streets on the island with plenty of beautifully landscaped outdoor living space. With a wide oceanfront deck, you’ll find yourself sipping an evening cocktail, watching for dolphins and listening to the comforting sounds of the waves.

As you enter you will fall in love with the gorgeous coastal décor and be wowed as you wander throughout the whole house. The beautiful hardwood floors and distinctive unique décor offer a designer touch not often found in a rental home. Enter through the castle like oak front door, and you will find a welcoming foyer which also serves as a library and a great spot for conversation, game playing or a quiet read. On this level you will find four sunny bedrooms including two master suites. To the left, the King Owner's Suite occupies the entire end of the house. XL windows on both sides flood the space with sunshine and has one of the prettiest bathrooms on the island with its pampering freestanding tub, and luxe marble shower. Another bright King corner suite not only indulges with an ensuite spa bath but also delights with a private covered porch of its own. Down the hall is a sunlit Queen with its own ensuite. Next to it, a corner Queen bedroom providing access to the front porch and conveniently utilizes the full bath just outside its door. A laundry room completes this floor. The kids will fall in love with the ground level kid suite/rec room. This area, with its own large full bath, is furnished with two bunks and is the perfect place for lounging, game-playing, and movie-watching.

As you walk upstairs, prepare to be in awe of the stunning ocean views. From the grand living area with vaulted ceilings, you will be enticed by the blue waves outside the windows that appear to a few feet away. The living room. offers comfortable but elegant furniture, a mounted flat screen TV, and an ocean front covered porch for outdoor living and al fresco dining. The extra-large and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with plenty of counter space, butler’s pantry, stainless steel appliances, double dishwashers, top of line cookware, and fully stocked for multiple chefs to work together. Bar stool seating for four at the kitchen island, and an XL dining table with seating for 8 guests provides you will have plenty of space and everything you need to create great memories with family and friends while enjoying meals on vacation. A convenient deck for grilling and coffee or wine drinking is located off the kitchen. There is a beach decor fun half bath for your convenience on this main level as well.

This deluxe home provides guests with three newer golf carts for your use to enjoy the island – 2 four passenger and 1 six passenger all parked in the spacious garage. It also provides the convenience of a highchair, a pack n play, for those with small children. For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. There is a flat screen TV provided in the living room and in each bedroom. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels make your trip to the beach fun and easy.

Bedroom and Bath Linens are also provided for your stay. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, soaps and shampoo will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
