The loft-style apartment in the attic offers plenty of space for up to 12 people. It’s located near the A3 and A73 highways, and Nuremberg, Erlangen, Bamberg, and Forchheim are just a few minutes away. Everything you need for daily life is just a few metres away: a bakery, a café, supermarkets, and a chemist. Numerous restaurants and wine cellars invite you to linger comfortably amidst beautiful natural surroundings.

The spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower also offers plenty of room, and the separate guest bathroom with an urinal is the perfect addition for larger groups, ensuring there’s no crowding outside the bathroom. In the loft-style living-dining area, you can cosy up in the evening on cold days in front of the wood-burning stove or, if you prefer, in front of the large TV with a cup of tea. The huge, very well-equipped kitchen—complete with a microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, standard coffee maker (free coffee included), toaster, and kettle—provides you with plenty of essentials.

Business travellers can work comfortably at the desk. Fitness enthusiasts can use the CrossFit trainer in the small fitness corner while enjoying the view. A flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are, of course, available, and an Xbox One rounds out the entertainment options. Books and a small selection of DVDs and games for all ages are also provided in the guest apartment.

There is a guest terrace on the lower level with a gas grill (free to use), perfect for a cosy evening with atmospheric lighting. The apartment is located in the Adelsdorf trading estate, with the Aischgrund and the beautiful Aischtal Bike Path right on your doorstep, and offers luxurious amenities. A cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Of course, the basic amenities also include towels, bed linens, shampoo, soap, and much more. The surrounding businesses are quiet; the only exception is a company that cleans concrete slabs with a high-pressure washing machine for a few hours each day, which is roughly equivalent to the noise of a busy street. However, with the windows closed, this noise is barely noticeable.

Larger groups can also book the basement apartment (accommodating an additional 3 people) if available, allowing everyone to stay under one roof.

We don’t mind if you’d like to celebrate once in a while, but wild parties and rowdy bachelor/hen nights with excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted. Just ask us if you’re planning a small celebration, and we’ll discuss the details directly.

Adelsdorf is located in the heart of Franconia, in the midst of the idyllic Aisch Valley. Its proximity to Nuremberg (about 35 minutes by car)—with its castle, trade fairs, and Christmas market—as well as the cities of Erlangen, Bamberg, and Forchheim makes the town’s location particularly appealing. Both the Franconian Switzerland holiday region and the Lower Franconian wine region, the Franconian Lake District, and the Steigerwald are right on your doorstep. Coburg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bayreuth, Kulmbach, and Würzburg are also easily accessible for a day trip. The apartment is just a few kilometres from the A3 and A73 highways. It is located on the ground floor, and a guest parking space is available for you in front of the building. There is a garden surrounding the building, part of which you are welcome to use. The property is located in a commercial area with businesses. The surroundings are pleasant and well-maintained.

The nearest airport is Nuremberg Airport. There is a regular bus service from Adelsdorf to Erlangen. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Trains run from Erlangen to various larger cities.
