Just what I was looking for!! Everything was super clean and the bed was so comfy. All appliances worked very well, and I really like the air conditioners in the bedroom and living room along with the fans (I like it cold). Also I love that there are lamps and windows with blinds so that I could have soft, warm lighting. I felt very safe and cozy all weekend, and my dog enjoyed the yard for sure!

My son (25) and I (58) just spent 4 days and nights at this appealing little place. It was very clean. Had all the kitchen appliances and utensils. Plenty of towels/washcloths/handtowels. Very comfortable queen bed and a full size couch that my son said slept very nicely!!! It was a quiet neighborhood (contrary to a recent review) we had absolutely no issues whatsoever or complaints. Would definitely stay here again
Covered parking
Nice size bedroom
Complete kitchen with a washer and dryer (not pictured but we did use -works great)
Nice size living room and as you can see pet friendly lol

Cons: The little guest house was pretty old with lots of lip stick to cover it up. It needs more lip stick… It had pretty much everything we needed but really don’t recommend for more than a couple night stay. However dishes were all dirty, shower water has little pressure and small stream. The furniture was very dirty and needs replaced and uncomfortable.Pros: Owner was good in communication and even came over to help with a quick issue. Has a nice little porch and yard for dogs if you bring them. The area was fairly quiet, minus the drive by shooting that happened near by while our stay.It is about 15-20 minute drive to most destinations within Memphis.

Thanks for the detailed feedback, Chad—I appreciate you taking the time to share it. We’ve already addressed the cleanliness concerns with our team and are reviewing a few items you mentioned, including furnishings and water pressure. Ongoing updates are part of the plan as we continue improving the guest experience. I’m glad communication was helpful during your stay, and I appreciate you noting that. Thanks again, Walter
