The open studio space has a large queen-sized bed and a futon which will sleep one adult or two children. Full kitchen and laundry with a beautiful bath.

I love Evergreen Historic District! It has beautiful historic homes, large trees, and wonderful people. I would not live anywhere else!

What makes this property unique

The full kitchen and lovely bath are the highlights of this small studio. You are in my backyard and have a cozy outside seating area where you can enjoy my small garden area and bird bath!
