This was very convenient to Midtown. A short Uber drive away. As always, I had concerns about parking on the street, but this is a very nice neighborhood and our cars were fine parked on the generously wide street. The host was quickly responsive to messages. All in all, a nice stay in Memphis. I would recommend.

Good for a short stay for singles or a couple with pets. Bedding and sofa could use more frequent cleaning due to dog smell. Bed is small and a little too firm for my liking. Pillows and mattress pad need cleaned or replaced. Host was great. Would stay here again if items above were addressed.

Great neighborhood! We walked to the zoo from the house. Easy check in and out. It was the best bathroom I've ever had at a VRBO. Didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if in Memphis.

Located in a great location, close to downtown, within walking distance of parks, entertainment, and restaurants and the neighbourhood felt safe. It's a good place to stay.
