Walking distance from the Crosstown Concourse and Overton Square this guesthouse is perfect for a couple or small family. The open studio space has a large queen-sized bed and a futon which will sleep one adult or two children. Full kitchen and laundry with a beautiful bath.

Great neighborhood! We walked to the zoo from the house. Easy check in and out. It was the best bathroom I've ever had at a VRBO. Didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if in Memphis.

Host very nice and house is very clean and accommodating. Unload from street to back yard through gate. With our 2 small dogs, we had to watch for host’s 2 dogs if they were in the back yard before we could let ours out. Overall, nice stay, just we weren’t used to more dogs.
