The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.<br><br>🛏 Bedroom:<br>A restful night’s sleep in a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), plus a spacious closet for your luggage.<br><br>🛋 Living Area:<br>An inviting pull-out couch for relaxing, a modern smart TV, and a sideboard with storage space.<br><br>🍽 Dining area:<br>Cozy dining table with four chairs—perfect for shared meals or a game night.<br><br>🍳 Fully equipped kitchen:<br>Microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker (including pods), ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, as well as all essential kitchen utensils, spices, and dish towels—all you have to do is go grocery shopping!<br><br>🛁 Bathroom:<br>Bathtub with shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, hair dryer, and a washing machine are available.<br><br>🧺 Services included:<br>Fresh towels and bed linens are provided in quantities appropriate for the number of guests.
