What I was most surprised about was how clean the cabin was upon arrival. The floors, countertops, tables, bathrooms, etc, all looked like someone really took their time to prepare a clean space for new guests. You'd think that should be a given in a rental, but unfortunately I've rented other spaces that didn't meet my cleanliness standards. This one definitely surpassed my expectations!Inside was plenty spacious for two adults and two 50lb dogs.Outside, you share the property with 2 other buildings, and none of the individual properties are fully fenced, and the main gate onto the land is always open, which means it also isn't fully fenced. Not a big deal, because every building has its own outdoor patio space, but you might see the other occupants walking/driving by as you're lounging outside. The three buildings are also fairly close to each other so if you have a reactive dog, this could be a challenging environment for them. The property is off a main road, which can get busy, so walking the dogs could get challenging because of the blind turns and the hills, but it was still do-able!Ultimately, I would definitely stay here again! You're a quick drive away from the village center while still being far enough away from all the action to have some privacy. I really enjoyed our stay!
