What an incredible property to stay at. It’s was way above and beyond our expectation from the description we read. From arrival of checking in with instructions and simple check out as well. A welcome notebook filled with everything we needed to know about the property to things to do and restaurants in Lava. How to contact the host Joann with any questions, concerns or emergencies- which we did have one and our late evening call was answered, and within 20 minutes she was getting us a technician to address the problem. 5 stars just for that. Don’t let the 5 minute drive to downtown Lava sway you from booking as the property has incredible and beautiful views surrounding you. We were a group of 14 ladies celebrating a double bridal party and everyone had more then plenty of space. Bathrooms on every level. They did not skip a beat with the decor, set up, furniture which gave a very homey comfortable feeling as soon as you walk in. Along with every amenity to make your stay perfect. Cooking utensils, ample towels for showers and separate for the hot tub, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry soap!!! They left no stone unturned to make your stay smooth, comfortable and stress free. We are saving the booking information to bring our families back or any other special occasion needing a fun atmosphere and large enough space to accommodate a large group.
