The lively little town of Intra is about a 5-minute drive away. There you’ll find everything your heart desires: a public beach and a swimming pool right on the lake, a beautiful lakeside promenade, restaurants, cafés, and plenty of shopping options. The passenger and car ferry also takes you from here to the Lombard shore of the lake, so you can conveniently reach many charming destinations by water. Hiking enthusiasts and mountain bikers will find “Villa Jone” an ideal starting point for many varied tours.
