The Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg holiday home is located on a large lot in the centre of Kühlungsborn-West, right next to the city forest. Built in the traditional seaside resort architectural style, the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg has been lovingly restored and expanded and now offers 9 individually designed holiday apartments. All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. Of course, the apartments are equipped with towels and bed linens so you can enjoy your holiday from the very first minute. In the garden area, we offer seating areas and a children’s play corner, as well as plenty of space to relax or socialise. If you’d rather get active, use our fitness room for calisthenics or endurance training, or unwind in our sauna house.

To ensure that even a chilly day at the Baltic Sea can be spent in warmth, a separate sauna building is at your disposal.

Our “Abendsonne” Baltic Sea holiday apartment for six to eight people is located on the 1st floor of the “Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg,” featuring high ceilings and a spacious floor plan.
This spacious holiday apartment with a large balcony measures approximately 100 m² and is equipped with hardwood floors and high-quality furniture.
The sun-drenched apartment features a large, open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, has a beautiful covered balcony where you can soak up the Baltic Sea sun until late in the evening.
A cosy leather couch and flat-screen TV are, of course, included, as are a spacious entryway with a coat closet, 3 bathrooms, and a separate guest bathroom.
The three bedrooms, each with a high-quality double bed, feature built-in closets; in one bedroom, an additional pull-out sleeper chair is available. The largest of the three bedrooms also offers sleeping accommodation for two people. All bedrooms also feature a flat-screen TV
You can park your cars safely and securely in the underground garage on the neighbouring property for a fee.
