The accommodations were great. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. I would recommend access to a broom and dish towels and clothes (or we couldn’t locate them) for general clean up. The men in our group thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. Close access to the bus and street car lines made for easy travel around the city using the Jazzy Pass. The host was kind, communicative, and helpful! Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone and would rebook again when visiting NOLA!

This was a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo within easy walking distance of St Charles St. Great home away from home! Comfortably decorated with plenty of seating in the living, dining and kitchen area. There was even a turn table with vinyl LPs displayed that was tempting to play but I resisted because I haven’t used a turntable since I was little girl and I didn’t want to damage the player or records. Every room was tastefully decorated. Some of the drawers in the master bath were a little sticky but it being new construction, that’s not unusual. The beds (all king size) were comfortable for everyone in our party. The A/C worked well and we never had to adjust the temperature. Parking is on the street and our vehicle was unmolested. There was street construction going on which could limit parking. Overall, if this unit is available during Jazz Fest, my spouse wants to stay here again.
