Loved this place

We loved staying at this beautiful house. Plenty of room for 4-5 couples. The place is extravagant and the location is just perfect about a mile west from downtown and the convention center. We’d stay here again for sure.

This property was fantastic. It's clearly been recently refurbished, with a clean and bright interior, nice new appliances, giant kitchen, and working HVAC. There was no trace of the musty smells that seem to pervade many other rentals in New Orleans. The neighborhood is also great, with easy street parking, walking distance from Magazine street restaurants, and just a generally convenient location.

The beer at the brewery across the street isn't good, but the Tchop Bar down the yis terrific.The house is nice with a comically huge bathroom downstairs.

Truly excellent choice my family and I made staying at this beautiful home. We had a minor obstacle with my brother being in a wheelchair to enter but we have improvised a few times and it was just as well as a success. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed every moment.

Perfect House for Family Trip!

Not enough good things to say about our stay in New Orleans! The house was absolutely beautiful and updated, incredibly clean, spacious, and in a great location! Art was super responsive and accommodating, which made traveling with an infant for the first time that much easier. We would certainly recommend staying here and plan to whenever we come back!

Mardi Gras Perfection

This property is amazing! Art was friendly, informative and accommodating due to the parade schedules. We were able to walk to several points of the parades (we got our steps in!) and were able to explore a new (to us) neighborhood. There were zero issues with our stay. Thanks Art!

We Love NOLA

We only had 1 free week this summer to do our summer vacation and a trip to New Orleans is always fun. I booked this property based on the number of rooms to accommodate everyone who was going. The house didn’t look very big from the outside but it was the perfect size for the 9 adults and 2 teenage football players. It was very modern and clean. We did have to buy additional toilet paper and paper towels but other than that I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location for our multi-generational family. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the patio and inside gathering spaces. There was some music across the street but they stopped at 10pm. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
