A barn that is nearly 100 years old was converted into an exceptional living space by 2020 with great attention to detail. The original structure was largely preserved and complemented with modern elements, resulting in a cosy, open-concept living space with a loft-like feel.

This holiday rental features barrier-free access. The entire ground floor is accessible: 1 bedroom with a large double box-spring bed, 1 bathroom with a large accessible shower and toilet, 1 guest bathroom, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living area with a sofa bed.
In the loft area (mezzanine), there is a separate small office workspace.
A second bedroom with a large double box-spring bed is located on the upper floor and features an en suite bathroom. If booking for only 2 people, this can be added for an additional fee.
This apartment has its own terrace with a table and seating.
A washing machine (for a fee), dryer, electric vehicle charging station (for cars only—requires your own adapter), bicycle storage, free parking, and a barbecue area (gas grill) with seating are available in the partially covered courtyard.
The location is ideal—situated on the outskirts of town yet just a 3-minute walk from the historic old town with its numerous dining options. The Franken outdoor swimming pool is also within easy walking distance.
Hiking trails, Nordic walking routes, and mountain bike trails are accessible directly from the house. The award-winning 100-km-long 5-star cycling route “Liebliches Taubertal der Klassiker” is also within easy reach.
