The accommodation features Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, a terrace, a sauna, a hot tub, a pool, a DIY hot-stone massage kit, a charcoal grill, and guest parking right next to the house. Bed linens and towels are provided. The “Alte Werkstatt” bedroom is equipped with a queen-size French double bed, hypoallergenic bedding, a reading chair, a closet, a luggage rack, a makeup mirror, a full-length mirror, and blackout curtains and shutters. The modern kitchen features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker for whole beans or ground coffee, a kettle, a toaster, a bread slicer, and basic equipment for daily meal preparation. The living area in the “Alter Melkstand” features a wood-burning stove, a 42-inch TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, a convertible corner couch, and two convertible chaise longues that can serve as additional sleeping arrangements. A small library and board games are also available. The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, soap, toilet paper, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a space heater, storage space, and a first-aid kit. The dining area features a custom-made table that seats up to six people, board games, cocktail equipment, and a radio with a CD player. The utility area includes a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, and a spray bottle. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the key code via email after booking. For use of the sauna and the hot tub, we charge only the actual energy and water costs incurred. Sauna: 15.00 EUR for 90 minutes of operation, and 5.00 EUR for every 30 minutes or portion thereof. Hot tub—25.00 EUR for the initial heating to approx. 39°C, and 7.50 EUR for each subsequent heating or on the following day. Upon booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total price. Guests will receive a confirmation directly from the property owner after booking. Full payment (100%) is due 14 days prior to arrival.
