Surf and Strand is a great place to stay for your Galveston Getaway! It was the most immaculate B&B ( or hotel ) I have ever stayed in. The place was perfect for my wife and I. As advertised, it was so convenient to both the Seawall and the downtown area. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and the place was just a block off one of the main streets that made getting around the island so easy. Definitely recommend Surf and Strand and will be booking it for our next trip to Galveston!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The place was great, clean and comfortable. The door code instructions should include the code and then press the button below. The light in the master doesn't completely turn off and the fan makes noise that is hard to sleep through. The last thing is if check out is not until 10, then there should be children playing the piano before that. The piano started at 9 am. Not too pleasant.
