We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this house again if we're ever back in the Hot Springs area. The host was incredibly attentive and responded to our questions within minutes, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and hospitality and highly recommend this property!

The property is what I expected regarding the pricing matching my expectations. Clean and worked well for my son and I sent we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Would stay at the property again but usually like to switch it up on return trips for new experiences. Host communicated well.

The house was nice. We and the kids really enjoyed the game room. The beds were super comfy. The location was great with parks a few mins drive. There is also a fire pit that we didn't use but looked great for a s'mores night! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

It’s was a very clean and nice, safe neighborhood. Branden was very approachable and our kids loved the home and kids play stuff. I would have given 5 star if there was a small eating tables and no moulds in the sun/play room. I would love to stay again in the same home when I visit hot spring again.

You get what you pay for. That's the bottom line. This isn't the cheapest property on VRBO and it's by far not the most expensive. That place is clean, it has a full kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The balcony is nice, too. However, there is zero privacy in the back of the house, some lights are hard to figure out (we never got the LR lights to work), there was no toaster (so we bought one and left it behind for the next family), the master closet was locked, the master bathroom was so small you could literally brush your teeth from the toilet, and several of the doors didn't really close right (carport in particular). If you're looking for a budget stay, this place likely meets your needs 100%. Just know that you get what you pay for.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean. Beds were comfy and we loved the comforters they had. My kids had a blast with the game table. Easy to find. It does have a steep driveway so I recommend backing in as it did make it easier to get out. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing.
