Our modern basement holiday apartment, with over 60 m² of living space, can accommodate 1–6 people. The living room, featuring a cosy leather seating area with two leather couches, a flat-screen TV, and satellite channels, invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, a touch-control ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, a toaster, and essential kitchen utensils such as pots, dishes, and silverware, leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday rental sleeps up to 6: one double bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living area for up to two people, and two portable travel cots. The inviting bathroom is comfortably designed and modernly equipped, featuring a toilet, a large walk-in shower with a seat, and a sink with a vanity cabinet. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for doing your laundry. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. The entire apartment features comfortable underfloor heating.

Bestens ausgestattete und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

In dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung war ALLES vorhanden, was man benötigt. So eine gute Ausstattung findet man selten. Sogar eine abgeschlossene Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere E-Bikes war vorhanden und die Mitbenutzung der Ladegeräte war möglich. Absolut Top! Die Betten waren so bequem, dass wir länger geschlafen haben, als wir eigentlich wollten. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Von unserer Seite aus eine Top-Empfehlung. Einzig das gastronomische Angebot in näherer Umgebung ist etwas dünn, das hat aber mit der Wohnung nichts zu tun.

Entspannter Urlaub in Familie

Wir waren mit unserem 3jährigen Sohn für 9 Übernachtungen im "Haus Alexandra". Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, auch Spülmittel, Geschirrspülertaps, Gewürze, Kaffeepads, Tee u.a. standen bereit. Waschmaschine & Trockner können auch genutzt werden was wirklich praktisch ist, wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt & können die Fewo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
