An ideal, secure base for families and groups exploring Cancun and the Riviera Maya.



The Space:

Bright, fully equipped 2-bedroom condo for up to 6 guests in the Dream Lagoons community.



Sleeping layout:

- Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

- Living room: 2 sofa beds

- 2 full bathrooms



Inside:

- Equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware)

- Living and dining area with Smart TV and Wi-Fi

- Air conditioning

- Private balcony with lagoon views



Community amenities (shared): a giant crystal-lagoon pool plus several additional pools, 24-hour security, children's play areas, gardens, and 2 secure parking spaces. We include sheets and pool/bath towels (one per guest per stay). We also offer a free virtual activities concierge to help you plan your trip.



Guest Access:

Self check-in. Once your registration is complete we send you a personal access code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within check-in hours), with no waiting. We remain available by message for anything you need during your stay.



Before arrival, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest - we require an ID for each guest to authorize access to the property and to send your check-in details/codes.



The Neighborhood:

Dream Lagoons is a modern, secure residential community in Cancun, built around a striking crystal lagoon. A supermarket is within walking distance, and you'll find a range of dining options nearby, from casual eateries to more refined restaurants, plus shops for daily needs and souvenirs. Renting a car is recommended for convenience, but you can enjoy the tranquility and security of the community right at home.



Getting Around:

A private or rental car is recommended, as there are distances to cover even within the large community. A supermarket, shops, and restaurants are nearby. Public buses connect to different parts of the city, though frequency and routes vary. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about 20-25 minutes away by car; we can help arrange a private transfer in advance.



Other Things to Note:

To enter the largest pool (La Laguna), a life jacket is required (please bring your own). The community has 6 more pools you can use without a life jacket.



Before arrival, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest - we require an ID for each guest to authorize access to the property and to send your check-in details/codes. Signing the condominium regulations is also required.



Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus sheets and pool/bath towels (one set per guest). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay can be arranged for an extra cost.
