keine Schadenbehebung
auf der Terrasse standen sehr viele Nägel raus. Meine Frau hat sich an den Nägeln weh getan!! (leicht verletzt) Das Licht im Gang ging nicht. Eine telefonische Besprechung und Information per Email mit der Aufforderung diese Mängel sofort zu beheben wurde nicht Folge geleistet.
