The house is located directly at the sea in a very quiet area, the house is perfect to relax and unwind. But those who want to do some business are only a few minutes by car in Aguilas, where there are many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors or shops. There are also many opportunities to pass the time in the area:
Golf courses, water parks, shopping centres, castles, diamond mines, bathing bays, boat trips, fish auctions etc.

From the house you can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot.

The house has an open bright living area with fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, microwave), dining area and living room with beautiful sea views. A master bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm. A guest room with two single beds which can be put together if necessary. A bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

There is another separate outdoor shower outside.
Several terraces surround the house, on the terrace in front of the house you have wonderful sea views. At the back on another terrace is the pool with sunbathing area, another shower and views of the hilly landscape and the sea. The pool can be covered electronically.

For cosy hours on the terrace there are sunbeds to soak up the sun or for the siesta in between.
There is also a dining area and a gas grill.
The terrace is equipped with an awning. Shutters and insect screens are on all windows.

For the hot summer days the air conditioning system provides cooling, the house is also equipped with a gas central heating.

Tea towels, bed linen, hand and shower towels as well as bath towels are available.
