The furnished house has a private swimming pool (5 m. wide, open May-Sep), roof solarium with splendid visibility on sea and mounts, living room with terrace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with each one toilet (1 with bath and 1 with shower), 1 bedroom with double bed and terrace, 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds and a private garage. There is widescreen LCD television and satellite dish. Also own washing machine and barbecue. Heating is electrical. The keyholder speaks English. Electricity to be paid according to meter reading on arrival and departure.

3 months of winter sunshine

We had a fantastic holiday, great location for us,a beautiful village nice & quiet. The villa had stunning views from the roof terrace. Fantastic heating system when needed. Nice spacious villa & well equipped. Interior decor little dated but very clean.

Amazing, felt like home

It's a great house, we stayed here for more than two months and we felt so at home. When we arrived, there was new air conditioning installed in every room the day before, so the house is suitable for over winter stays, it has everything for that. Overall, we lived it.

Nice house in a nice resort

We really enjoyed our stay in this house, very comfortable. We had some cold nights in January so it was cold in the house - but there are plenty of blankets. It's about 15 minutes walk through the urbanisation to get into town and the beaches. As it was out of season we had no problems taking our dog on the beach.

Thank you. Since March 3rd 2023, all the rooms in the house have individual airco units. Each of them can also be reversed and used as a heat pump.

This was a perfect vacation home for us, relaxing and wonderful!

We cannot wait to go back and spend some more time in this rental property. Johan was attentive from the moment of booking and confirming with us what we were looking for in a vacation and verify that this was the property for us. It is in a residential area and not really touristy and that was fine with us. We spent time exploring the coast line and 2 weeks wasn't nearly enough time to see everything. House is clean, well appointed and very comfortable! My favorite spot was the rooftop deck, perfect place for a morning coffee.

Very nice property.

Property was very much as expected from information given online. Very well equipped, although having to move cot out of double bedroom was a bit of an inconvenience. Description did state that property was not suitable for elderly or infirm, and with the number of steps this was accurate. We did find, even for the able bodied, that the top section of the staircase to the bedrooms was a bit unnerving, having no handrails at all. It was necessary to use your hands against the the side walls to ensure balance. Overall though, I would definitely recommend renting this property. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location is very quiet, which suited us, but very conveniently situated for visiting other areas of Almeria. Overall very happy with our choice.

Thank you for this positive comment. The remark that the top section of the staircase to the bedrooms currently has no handrails, is indeed true. But we personally never felt the need for this and no one made this comment. A handrail is in place since 18 November 2016.

Casa con casi todo lo necesario en cuestion de menaje y utensilios de limpieza. Habitaciones amplias y camas comodas. Piscina que hace su servicio aunque no sea muy grande.Lo malo muchas escaleras y para ir a cualquier lado hay que subir o bajar escaleras. Como sugerencia en la ventana del pasillo de las habitaciones se podria abrir una puerta para salir a la piscina. Puesto que hay que bajar para subir por el exterior.Otra mejora podria ser los cerramientos con el vecino que los perros se escapan y los hemos tenido que atar cuando saliamos a cualquiera de las terrazas.Por lo demas una estancia muy agradable. Y una casa muy bonita.

Geweldig verblijf voor gezin

Het huis is geweldig gesitueerd in een woonwijk met andere villa’s. Uitzicht is adembenemend. Het zwembad kan iets dieper en vaker schoongemaakt worden. Het agentschap is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en wonen toevallig tegenover deze villa.Heb genoten!

Maison à fuir à tout prix !

Maison sombre odeurs de renfermer et de moisie ,la piscine très sale à été lavée 2 jours avant mon départ les serviettes et draps notes fournis sur l’annonce j’ai dû réclamer !et je n’ai pas eu la totalité j’ai du me débrouiller ! La personne qui vous reçoit est très désagréable réclame seulement de l’argent sans dire bonjour ! Attention ils vous font payer l’électricité à la fin du séjour !

Incroyable de voir un tel commentaire parmi tous les bons commentaires. Je suis donc absolument en désaccord avec cette mauvaise critique. Dans cette catégorie de prix, vous ne pouvez pas vous attendre à ce que quelqu'un enlève continuellement les feuilles de la piscine. En fonction des conditions météorologiques, la piscine est nettoyée et alimentée en produits chimiques plusieurs fois par semaine. Jusqu’à présent, les draps et les serviettes étaient facultatifs car la plupart des gens apportaient les leurs. Abritel a apparemment supprimé cette entrée. J'ai immédiatement pris une contre-mesure : les draps et les serviettes sont désormais obligatoires et inclus dans le prix de la location. L'électricité est en effet facturée au prix coûtant et est d'ailleurs clairement indiqué dans le descriptif de la maison. Si je ne le fais pas, il y a des gens qui font fonctionner la climatisation avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Le concierge est une dame très agréable qui parle anglais et espagnol. N’en déplaise aux francophones, on ne peut pas s’attendre à ce que tous les concierges espagnols parlent français dans la gamme de prix des maisons de vacances.

Logement conforme a l annonce. Particulierement propre. Les draps etaient sur les lits tout etait pret a notre arrivée. Seul bemol sur le gestionnaire sur place qui nous a fait une remise des cles en mode "pas le temps" sans plus d explications. Tres bon sejour, logement a 05 minutes des plages et du centre ville. Tres bon.contact avec les proprietaires qui sont reactifs. Aucune difficulté. Je recommande

Das ganze Haus wurde im Frühjahr 2022 neu gestrichen. Leider kam wenige Tage später ein Sandsturm, der das strahlende Weiß weniger strahlend machte.

La casa no está adecuada para el verano

Los ventiladores del techo son muy antiguos y no refrescan un calor insoportable en la casa pega el Sol todo el día.la piscina sucia turbia no veías ni las rodillas de la suciedad 4 días y el 5 día lo arreglo cuando ya terminé las vacaciones no son serios cuando alquilas una casa ésto no puede suceder no la recomiendo te pueden fastidiar unas vacaciones

Los ventiladores de techo se revisan anualmente y están funcionando. Efectivamente, hubo un problema imprevisto con el filtro de la piscina. Me notificó el domingo 17 de julio por la noche a las 19:12 h que había un problema. El lunes y el martes, el reparador ha estado ocupado precisamente determinando y reparando el error. El miércoles 20 de julio por la mañana, el filtro volvió a la normalidad, pero filtrar el agua llevará, por supuesto, algunas horas. El aire acondicionado se instaló en toda la casa el 3 de marzo de 2023.

URBANIZACION TRANQUILA

El alojamiento está muy bien, pero muy cerca de la playa no está. Es una urbanización que está vacía en Pascua, supongo que en verano estará más llena, pero mejor, más tranquilos hemos estado. La casa estaba recién pintada y olía a pintura todavía. La piscina que era solo para nosotros está muy bien y los valientes se bañaron, ya que estaba el agua muy fría. La única pega, es que habían muchos mosquitos, incluso por la mañana. Como había estado lloviendo dos semanas supongo que por eso era.

Pondría mosquiteras en las ventanas , algún equipo tipo Chrome Cast o parecido para compartir contenido con la TV del salón y luz en la parte de la piscina para por la noche por lo demás todo perfecto.

Bien , pero necesita una gran reforma en los espacios exteriores. Está cogido con pinzas. También decir q la falta de una simple manguera para limpiar y refrescar el suelo de fuera nos ha hecho la estancia menos agradable.

Casa preciosa, sitio precioso ...

La casa es preciosa! Tiene mucha capacidad y es muy versátil somos una familia grande(6p) y la verdad es que el espacio genial! Cosas buenas: - las vistas , la trankilidad, la relativa cercanía ala playa, la piscina está muy bien ... Cosas negativas; creo que la limpieza no era la correcta ( no creo que sea culpa del propietario si está lejos no puede verlo) daba la sensación como que la casa había estado cerrada hasta mi llegada y luego la entrega de llaves es pésima creo que falta algo más de explicar cosas de la casa y su entorno. En resumen y aparte de eso la estancia fue genial hemos estado encantados y muy agusto. Si se mejoran 4 cosas es una casa que se puede pagar mucho más!!

Estancia en San Juan de los Terreros

Nos alojamos del 30 de julio al 2 de Agosto, las condiciones del chalet en lineas generales eran correctas las camas eran cómodas(las sabanas o las traes tu o las alquilas) y las vistas desde la casa son envidiables, pero hay varios desperfectos que considero que son mas de mantenimiento que con muy poco esfuerzo se podrían arreglar. En la zona de la piscina hay varios azulejos rotos que en un principio no debería ser un problema pero da la impresión de que el resto se podrían caer en cualquier momento(por la zona se levantan fuertes vientos de forma aleatoria) y un niño podría tener un accidente bastante grave. Las alcachofas de la ducha tienen moho y el soporte para colgarlas esta a 1 hilo de caerse. La nevera aparentemente era nueva pero tardo 2 días en enfriar, quizás si hubiera estado puesta de antes no daría mala impresión. Se echa de menos como extras un aire acondicionado, la humedad de la zona es alta y el sol pega fuerte y mosquiteras en las ventanas puesto que por la noche tienes que tener la decisión de que te invadan los mosquitos o abrir la ventana... La conclusión es que le hace falta una actualización al chalet. Los dueños bien.

Gracias por sus comentarios detallados. Se realizan mejoras todos los años después del verano y sus comentarios son muy útiles. Las azulejos rotos junto a la piscina se reemplazaron en la primavera de 2022.
