Beautiful home in the heart of Arrabida with stunning beaches near by .

It is unfortunate that this guest felt it necessary to write such a review, só for the sake of transparency and clarity I feel it would be suitable to address her comments . With regards to the property not being cleaned on arrival ,unfortunately the cleaners had over looked this booking. When the guests arrived the beds were unmade and there were towels on the bathroom floor . The guest informed us immediately and we agreed they could leave their bags and return after they had had lunch . The property was totally clean and ready 2 hours later and the guests were given a full refund of first night for the inconvenience . It is a shame the guest in her review did not feel it relevant to mention this With regards to noise :- I had various conversations with this guest on another booking site on which she innitially contacted me about the property . The guest asked about traffic noise and I stated clearly that the house sat above the road . There was some traffic noise during the day but at night it was silent. I also stated that everyone’s response to noise was different and that “ if you want total peace and quiet this is not the place for you “ The client booked We have had 5 other bookings this far and not a single complaint, 3 on this site, giving excellent reviews . Unfortunately , for what ever reason the client felt she deserved a full refund which she did not receive , hence the review which does not reflect in any way the experience of other guests .
