The perfect central location for all things Cedar Falls! A five minute drive to both the University of Northern Iowa and all the most popular eateries, bars, and shopping downtown. This two story home offers a fully stocked kitchen, a large fireplace, two bedrooms (each set up with a queen-sized bed, a Roku tv, full closets + seated makeup vanities), a sunroom including two additional single beds, a large tub/shower, a washer + dryer, and a private backyard featuring a fire pit & seating.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please empty the trash and bring any bags to the green bin on the curb. Please load and start the dishwasher. Detergent is under the sink.
Please start a load of towels in one washer and a load of bedding in the other. (Please leave bamboo mattress protectors on the beds!)
Please turn off all lamps, lights, tvs and fireplace. Please DO leave the front porch light on!
