The spacious kitchen with dining area is perfect for social cooking evenings. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a single bed—ideal for families or friends. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. On the terrace, surrounded by lush greenery, you can enjoy nature, have a barbecue, or simply unwind. A parking space and a lockable bike storage area are available to you, and there are also three women’s bicycles you can use to explore the surroundings at your leisure.
There is a second apartment in the house, but it’s only used occasionally by the owners themselves, so you can fully enjoy the peace and quiet of the location. Here you’ll find an idyllic retreat for a relaxing holiday!

The holiday rental at Spöckerhus is a cosy duplex apartment for up to 4 people, furnished in a country house style and located in a quiet setting surrounded by greenery and nature. Spread over two floors, the apartment offers a cosy atmosphere and plenty of space for a relaxing stay. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room with a sleeper sofa (75x200) and a fireplace that provides cosy warmth on cooler days. The adjoining kitchen-dining area is spacious and features a separate dining area as well as a high chair. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, and toaster, so you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals. A small reading nook invites you to relax. From the kitchen, a patio door leads directly outside, where you can enjoy the fresh air and the spacious property. For the safety of little ones, you can install the provided child safety gate on the steep staircase leading to the upper floor. A hallway with a coat closet rounds out the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a single bed (90x200), and a cot. A window with a screen ensures a good night’s sleep. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The holiday rental is located on a large, spacious property, and you’re welcome to use the front portion of it. There’s a terrace where you can spend relaxing hours outdoors, as well as a grill for cosy barbecue evenings. You can use the clothesline to dry your beach towels so they’ll be ready for their next use in no time.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
