Situated in beautiful Andalusia and surrounded by an impressive mountain landscape, the luxurious Villa Palladio captivates with its stylish Mediterranean flair. The spacious vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and offers space for a total of 8 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning and a TV as well as a fireplace, where you can end the day in a comfortable way. A wonderful pool in the private garden promises cooling on hot days. Enjoy the view of the Andalusian mountains, comfortable garden furniture is available. The vacation home also has a covered terrace. Restaurants and bars are 3-5 minutes by car (1,9 - 2,5 km) away, also nice cafés can be found here. Stores for daily needs like a supermarket are about 4 minutes by car (2 km) away. The next beach Playa del Sol Villacana is 58 minutes away by car (50 km). And only 9 minutes by car (4 km) away, you can admire the Moorish-influenced old town of Ronda. The nearest airport lies outside of Málaga and is a one-hour-and-18-minute drive (103 km) away.



There are AC units on the upper floor (master bedroom, living room and kitchen).

The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs and due to the way the property is built, the everage temperature is 22-25 degrees so it is not required. They do have heating, however.

A beautifull and well equipt and clean big house. Nice pool and lovely view over the hills, very quiet. 5 min to Ronda by car.

The villa is in a lovely position above a valley and has great views of the countryside. It is really quiet and very relaxing. The pool is very good and you can lean on the edge and look out over the countryside. It is sited less than a 1 Km walk from the edge of town and the Dia Supermarket. The town itself is fascinating with so much history. There is a lovely drive down to the coast at Marbella. The villa itself was built about thirty years ago and is modelled on the old farmhouses and is decorated in that style. There are areas at the front and back to sit and eat in ways suited to the weather. Its high, open position means it can be exposed to winds but the areas have sliding doors to protect you from those. There was a brief confusion on check-in as the actual gate has the title "Agua Dulce" and nowhere is the "Villa Palladio" to be seen.We were a group of three and really enjoyed our week at the site and spent much of the time there.

Such a shame as this could be so wonderful! Location amazing views and sunsets superb. Ronda is perfect! House however is very run down and needs work. Various things broken incurring umbrella air conditioning… and smelt of drains. Stuff everywhere! Broken cups, we have given them a list of things to fix so hopefully all sorted for next time!

Danke für 12 erholsame Tage

Pros: Die Lage war für uns top. Das Grundstück ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wir hatten es für uns allein.Innerhalb von 5 Minuten Autofahrt ist man allerdings auch schon in Ronda. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung und der Pool die ganze Zeit (trotz der Wärme) sauber. Wir kommen gern wieder! Cons: Es gibt immer Dinge zu bemängeln. Bei uns war es der Geruch aus der Waschkammer im Untergeschoss und. Aber das war auch halb so schlimm. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Bon séjour, mais il n'y avait pas d'eau chaud au niveau 1, les 3 chambres du bas ne sont pas équipé de climatiseur et il fait très chaud en période d'été. Le système de filtration de la piscine ne fonctionne pas, du coup plein de guêpes, mouches et saleté qui s'accumulent en fin de journée. Ne nettoyage doit se faire manuellement avec l'épuisette mis a disposition mais qui est cassé. Sinon très beau carde environnemental et commerce a proximité.
