Relaxing, calming space.

The property is beautiful and well decorated and equipped. The kitchen has almost everything we needed and Carmen was east to contact and had excellent recommendations either in person, over message or through a well notated guide book.

Lovely rural villa with pool

A beautiful house in stunning gardens with a pool and covered area for outdoor dining. Very well equipped for 7 adults and Carmen was very communicative and accomodating. A car is necessary for this property. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, Rural Getaway - close to Ronda!

The property was as described and had everything we needed for our stay! There were six of us (me, my husband, our two college aged kids, my mom and her friend). We had an issue with the shower and they had it fixed immediately! It was a perfect layout for our group with two bedroooms in each wing and two bathrooms. It was very authentic and a great space in rural Spain!

Country character comfortable home

This home and owner exceeded expectations. Carmen is outgoing and engaging. Her inability to communicate in English was only surpassed by my lack of Spanish. Google translate to the rescue. A perfect proximal retreat from the crowds of Ronda.

Excellent location

This is a beautiful finca. The location is great for motorbikes as the access is flat. The accommodation is secure with automatic gates. The property is quiet serene and very beautifully decorated in the Spanish style. The pool is lovely and the outside is excellent for eating and relaxing. Thanks to Carmen and her sister for making us so welcome. Thanks again

Fantastic place

We loved every second of our stay at Finca el Carmen. The house was even better than it presented on VRBO, and our expectations were high going in. The home is spacious and perfect for a group. Ronda is an exciting, frenetic place, and this place is a perfect escape after a busy and fun day. The pool amid the olive grove will lower anyone's blood pressure. Carmen is unfailingly responsive, and details like plates, glasses and utensils are well met. We can't recommend it enoug.h.

Fantastic house and property

A fantastic property with a good swimming pool. The house don't have ACC but it is built with bricks that will keep the indoor temperatur low. All rooms have fans that also helped. The kitchen is well equipped. Carmen is very helpful and responds very quick. She don't speak English, but Google translate helps alot if you don't speak Spanish.The house is near Ronda (6-7 km) but you'll need a car to get to restautants and supermarkets. If you are visiting this area I would recomend Carmen's house highly!

Wonderful house!

This house lived up to all expectations. The house was well furnished and all equipment needed. Outside space was wonderful and roof terrace had views to behold especially at night for star gazing! The written guide about property and surrounding areas was comprehensive and really helpful. Carmen and her sister greeted us on arrival and were really kind and helpful. We stayed with 4 year old and two 2 year olds and they loved the outside space...but just needed to be watched around the pool! Ronda was just 10 mins away. All in all lived up to expectations!

Relaxing 2 weeks

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at Finca El Carmen for 2 weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carmen, our host, is very easy to communicate with. She answers messages promptly before and during stay. The villa is as beautiful as advertised. Very well equipped and safe. The pool is delightful and the shaded area under the pergola is the perfect spot for a meal or a read. The location is perfect for visiting various places in Andalucia, mostly the pueblos blancos. Although only 10 min drive to Ronda, the location is rural with a few neighbours around. You do need a car but there seem to be a few hiking paths towards the sierra leaving not far from the house.

Fantastic house in a perfect rural location

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning house in rural Spain. The area feels very safe and the house has secure boundaries and a gate. It is easy to get to nearby Ronda which we did for supermarket trips and to visit nearby tourist attractions. We spent most of our time at the house relaxing by the delightful and clean, green tiled pool which fits in stunningly with the beautiful surroundings, especially the old olive trees. The garden is very thoughtfully planned out, is well maintained and private for relaxing by the pool. The views from the roof terrace are fabulous with mountains in the distance in most directions. We were lucky enough to experience a fantastic sunset while we were there. The house itself is nicely decorated with a homely feel. There is a good range of bedroom sleeping arrangements and two bathrooms work well. The kitchen is well equipped and we only ate at a restaurant once during our stay for a special occasion. The rest of the time we cooked for ourselves and found everything that we needed. We felt very much at home. This house and garden is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Villa correspondant au descriptif de l'annonce. Villa très agréable avec de superbes prestations située au calme dans la campagne autour de Ronda. Maravillosa semana

La casa se encuentra en una magnifica y espaciosa finca. Esta muy bien equipada y precisa de cualquier elemento que puedas necesitar. A la decoración no le falta ni un detalle ! Erholsame Tage

Unsere Familie hat wundervolle Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Das Objekt ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Matratzen sind bequem; das Doppelbett für Erwachsene und ältere Kinder ein wenig schmal. Bei Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse wurden wir von Wespen heimgesucht. Allein das ist der ländlichen Umgebung geschuldet und hat unsere Urlaubsstimmung nicht geschmälert. Auch an den Umstand, dass man Toilettenpapier in einen Hygienebehälter schmeißen muss, gewohnten wir uns schnell. Dies war auch in der nächsten Ferienwohnung bei Malaga der Fall. Die Tipps der sehr freundlichen Hausbesitzerin sowie ihrer ebenfalls äußerst netten englischsprachigen Schwester waren Gold wert. Ihre Restaurantempfehlungen sollte man beherzigen. Wir empfehlen das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter.
