Ferienwohnung Timeout am Knieperteich - Ferienwohnung

The vacation rental is located in the heart of Stralsund’s Old Town, near the Knieper Ponds. The Neue Markt and St. Mary’s Church are right next door. It’s a 5-minute walk to the train station. A 15-minute walk through downtown takes you to the city harbor and the famous Ozeaneum. There you’ll also find restaurants, cafes, and fishing boats. The Weiße Flotte’s docking facilities, as well as many small and large sailboats, are ready for you to admire or take a trip on.



We opened our vacation rental on October 12, 2020. Thanks to its central location near the train station, downtown, and the harbor, it offers many possibilities. You can either spend relaxing hours in our Hanseatic city or take an interesting day trip to the surrounding area.



A parking space for your car (access via a tunnel—clearance height suitable for passenger cars) as well as bicycle parking are available in the courtyard.+++ Please feel free to book a parking space (5 EUR/day) if needed. +++



Vacation Rental:

The non-smoking vacation rental is located on the first floor (just 1 step) of a townhouse. It features a modern, comfortably furnished living room with laminate flooring, a spacious sofa area (with sleeper function—1.40 m wide), a dresser with a flat-screen TV, and a dining set. The bedroom offers a stunning view of the steeple of St. Mary’s Church and is equipped with laminate flooring, a double bed (two separate mattresses, 0.90 x 2.00 m) with mattress toppers, and a wardrobe. Bed linens and towels are included in the initial supply at no extra charge. Additional lumbar support pillows are provided.



The tiled kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Dish soap and dish towels are also provided. The bathroom, featuring a shower (walk-in) and toilet, has natural light.



The initial supply of towels and bed linens is included. If needed, you are welcome to book an additional package of towels (5.00 EUR per person) and bed linens (10.00 EUR per person).



A parking space for your car (access through a tunnel—clearance height suitable for passenger cars) as well as bicycle parking are available on the property.+++ Please feel free to book a parking space (5 EUR/day) if needed. +++
