It features 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed—as well as 2 additional sleeping spots on the sofa bed in the living room (1.6 x 2.0 m), which includes a dining area, a wood-burning stove, and a kitchenette, plus a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The spacious living room with kitchenette is perfect for cooking, dining, and socialising. Enjoy a barbecue with your family and friends in the garden or spend a cosy evening by the fireplace.
Your pet is also welcome at no extra charge; the property is fenced in.
The rent is calculated through the portal and paid by credit card. Utilities are billed separately based on usage (gas—1.89 euros/m³, water—9.00 euros/m³, electricity—0.59/kWh, firewood by arrangement). After your departure, you will receive a detailed invoice.

The small village of Klocksdorf: The small village of Klocksdorf is located in the Schaalsee region of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania on Lake Röggeliner See between Carlow and Röggelin. On the lakes surrounding the island town of Ratzeburg (reachable in about 15 minutes), you can go surfing, sailing, and fishing. Passenger boats offer sightseeing cruises on Lake Ratzeburg and along the Wakenitz River all the way to Lübeck (historic old town, UNESCO World Heritage Site).
The Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve offers unspoiled nature thanks to its long-standing location along the border. Biking and hiking guides describe the available routes. The most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea—such as Travemünde—or the quieter ones, like those at Wohlenberger Wiek, are about a 30- to 45-minute drive away.
The Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve: The Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve is a 309 km² protected area. It is located roughly between Hamburg, Lübeck, and Schwerin. The beautiful Schaalsee covers an area of about 24 km². The Schaalsee is the heart of the biosphere reserve. A holiday apartment or holiday home in this idyllic and natural setting guarantees a restful and healthy holiday, offering peace and relaxation. The nature reserve is a habitat for many rare animals and plants. Otters, white-tailed eagles, fire-bellied toads, and many species of orchids can still be found here. Since over 230 different bird species live here, the Schaalsee landscape has been designated a European Special Protection Area. Art, crafts, and rural life are highly valued here. Many festivals attract tens of thousands of visitors.
