The open-concept layout features an open kitchen with a dining area. The couch is a pull-out and can accommodate 2 additional guests for sleeping. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, washing machine, and dryer.
On the upper floor, there is a double bed with a closet and chest of drawers, as well as a single pull-out couch. The open spaces give the house a unique sense of spaciousness and freedom.

The house is part of a spacious property consisting of three detached houses that was formerly used as a nursery. The holiday home was built in 1937 and was completely renovated and modernised between 2020 and 2023. It now features heat pump-powered solar underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. It is equipped and furnished in a modern style.
