Spacious well maintained, 3 large bedrooms, single floor living space property located in a nice country setting about 18 minutes from Lancaster attractions. Plenty of off street parking. Two full bathrooms upstairs and one smaller full bathroom downstairs in finished basement level. Huge family room in the basement level with a large couch, tv, pool table, and ping pong table, Bedroom with 2 bunkbeds. The basement level has a walkout door with glass panes that our dog enjoyed looking out into the countryside. Large kitchen with a large dining area. There is no icemaker in the refrigerator, but not to worry, the property owner had a large bag of ice waiting for us in the refrigerator freezer. Washer & Dryer & sink (in a separate hallway) located near the kitchen & living room. Comfortable bedding. There were 6 of us and each couple had their own bedroom. There was a gas grill located on the back patio which we used to prepare a nice dinner. This is a great house if you have mobility issues. My parents are elderly and use a cane and this house was easy for them to navigate. The front porch has 2 rocking chairs; bring along your fold up lawn chairs if there are more than 2 people. Beautiful view from the front porch. We saw some gorgeous sunsets from that porch. We had a wonderful stay with no mechanical issues. Owner was quick to respond to my inquiries - communication was awesome. I would highly recommend this property and give it a 5 star recommendation.
