Guests have full access to the entire chalet, deck, hot tub, and fire pit area.
The home is located within a quiet, ungated community featuring a private 32-acre stocked lake—ideal for fishing, kayaking, or simply enjoying the peaceful views.

• Must be 25+ to rent
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• As per community rules, all outside lights must be turned off by 10:00 PM.
• Life jackets are required for all lake activities
• Fireworks and glass containers are prohibited in community areas
• Alcohol not permitted in shared spaces (lake, beach, playgrounds, etc.)
• A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca
• The master bedroom's fireplace is only decorative
