Our Asgard holiday home park is located right in the heart of Damp, just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea. Our cosy, well-furnished holiday homes offer everything you need for the perfect getaway.

Our detached single-roof cottages are located right in the Asgard holiday home park, surrounded by beautiful, green nature. So there’s plenty of space to truly unwind on holiday.
Whether you want to truly unwind with your whole family or are looking to escape the daily grind with all your friends—there’s plenty of space for everyone here. And there’s just as much space for enjoying breakfast or brunch together, as well as a home-cooked dinner. Or for playing games.

You can’t miss the beach here—and you certainly wouldn’t want to. Right outside our doors, over 4,000 metres of the finest, cleanest Baltic Sea beach stretches as far as the eye can see. That means plenty of space for all the fun activities. By the way, there’s especially plenty of it during the colder seasons. So even more space for you to really unwind.

If you’re into sports, though, you’ll be right at home on our volleyball courts. Or at the stand-up paddleboarding rental. Or at the large water-skiing facility. Or plenty more. Because in Damp, there’s plenty of action and even more adventure to discover.

Sometimes you don’t even have to go outside. If you’d rather stay indoors but don’t want to miss out on the water, head to the water park. No matter the season, no matter the day of the week. Our adventure pool always has plenty of water for swimming enthusiasts of all ages.

Plus, this is home to Germany’s first bikini and swim trunks sweat lodge village. Our Värmland. Here, it’s not just about sweating—there are also relaxation areas, activities for kids, and much more.

You’ll find even more to do at our indoor fun park, Funhalla. Run around, skate, climb, paint, explore, marvel, or make new friends. So much awaits holidaymakers of all ages at Funhalla—there’s just one thing you won’t find here: boredom.

When your day of exploring has really worn you out, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy yourself. Because we cook, bake, and grill for you, too. We’ll pour your beer, mix your cocktail, and brew your coffee.
If you’re in the mood for regional delicacies, come visit our chic restaurants and bars. If you’re looking for a more laid-back atmosphere, our rustic restaurants and pubs are the perfect choice. And of course, we have kids’ menus for the little ones. Or we’ll even make an exception just for them. Because you can only explore the world when you’re well-fed.

In the evening, you can really make yourself comfortable once again—whether you’d like to listen to live music or enjoy it as background ambiance while you take a stroll along the beach as the setting sun paints the Baltic Sea in vibrant colours.
We know that afterwards, you’ll slip into bed feeling satisfied and refreshed, before setting off the next day on another journey of discovery through our Damp Ostsee Resort & Ferienpark.

Important Information About the Lodging Tax
As of January 1, 2025, the Damp Ostsee Resort & Ferienpark will charge a lodging tax equal to 2% of the room rate. This measure is intended to support local infrastructure and is paid directly to the city. The amount will be calculated no later than check-in and must be paid at that time.
