Die Buchung über belvilla verlief unkompliziert - Fragen wurden im Vorfeld freundlich und kompetent geklärt. 👍🏼 Unterkunft (Premium Ferienhaus) top! Sauber und alles vorhanden! Freizeitmöglichkeiten vor Ort (Schwimmbad, Sauna, Skaterhalle etc.) viel genutzt - für Familien mit Kindern einfach ideal! Klare Empfehlung!

Abwicklung mit dem Anbieter war hervorragend, schnelle freundliche Antworten. Obgleich die Ferienhausausstattung nicht korrekt war. Es gab keine Waschmaschine, Bar und Trampolin im oder am Haus. Ferienhaus war ok, an ein paar Stellen renovierungsbedürftig, aber gemütlich. Terrasse hatte kaputte Latten, an der Decke im Wohnzimmer war ein großer Wasserfleck. Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Ferienresort war ok, aber ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Der Hafen ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das Kinderprogramm war gemein. Angebote sind einfach ausgefallen oder starteten zu anderen Uhrzeiten. Sehr frustrierend für die Kinder.

Im großen und ganzen sehr sauber, für Kinder ideal, sehr viele Angebote für die Freizeitgestaltung. Das Haus ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Ein Punkt Abzug bekommt der Urlaubsaufenthalt, als Ferienhausgast konnte man das Buffetessen nicht hinzu buchen, da es immer ausgebucht war. Das sollte man bedenken.. Ansonsten gibt es Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen oder im Edeka etwas zu kaufen.
