Super schöne und hochwertige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Neubau, der letztes Jahr errichtet worden ist. Demnach ist alles neu und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Es ist alles absolut sauber. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, mit sehr guten Markengeräten. Von der Küchenwaage, bis zum Handmixer bis zur großen Gefriertruhe, ließ die Küche es an nichts fehlen. Auch Trockner und Waschmaschine sind hochwertige Geräte. Auf dem Balkon gibt es einen Grill. Die Wohnung hat elektrische Rolladen, Fußbodenheizung und eine Lüftungsanlage. Zum Strand sind es fußläufig etwa 15-20 Minuten, aber es fährt auch direkt vor der Tür ein Bus ab. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Bäcker und Supermärkte als Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft! Einziges kleiner Manko: sie liegt unmittelbar an einer Hauptstraße und deshalb ist es schon laut bei starkem Autoverkehr.
