This detached, 110 m² house impresses with its well-thought-out layout and tasteful furnishings.

On the ground floor, a cosy, bright living room awaits you; it invites you to relax and offers direct access to the patio and the small private garden—perfect for quiet moments in nature. There is also a comfortable double bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.

Upstairs, you’ll find a tastefully decorated single bedroom, a twin bedroom, and another bathroom with a bathtub—ideal for unwinding after an active day. As a special highlight, the house offers a separate sauna (bookable for an additional fee), located in a small cottage behind the carport—a treat for body and soul.

Explore the charming surroundings of Sögel with its diverse network of biking and hiking trails, or visit the nearby Clemenswerth Castle, a Baroque gem nestled amid lush green forests. After your excursions, the holiday home awaits you as your oasis of well-being, where you can feel right at home.

As guests in the Sögel holiday home area, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” (approx. 1,600 m from the holiday home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the holiday home area) gyms: free weights area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / Day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Indoor tennis court and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the holiday home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request
- Sögel Climbing Forest: 10% discount off the regular ticket price / approx. 500 m from the holiday home area
- Boules court, including balls / approx. 1,600 m from the holiday home area / Free to use

The Sögel holiday home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Quiet hours in the Sögel holiday home area will be observed even during construction!
