The “Margret” holiday home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful environment. The single-story design ensures easy access, and with a cosy double bedroom and a twin bedroom, it offers plenty of space for families or couples. The modern amenities, including a washing machine, make your stay especially comfortable.

The separate garden with a patio and grill invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. The proximity to biking and hiking trails offers holidaymakers a wide range of opportunities to actively explore the surrounding area. The house is perfectly equipped for families, as a cot and high chair are provided.

The holiday home is rated 3 stars according to the criteria of the German Tourism Association (DTV), which attests to its good amenities and pleasant comfort. The provision of bed linens and towels, as well as the smoke-free and pet-free environment, further ensure a stress-free stay.

As guests in the Sögel holiday home area, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):

- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 metres from the holiday home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a dressing gown

The Sögel holiday home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Quiet hours in the Sögel holiday home area will be observed even during construction!
