The holiday home is located at the entrance to Flachau, a 9-minute walk from the Spacejet lift station; cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails are right next to the house. The house, which accommodates 4 to 10 people, has 150 m² of living space and features 5 bedrooms, making it ideal for groups and families. It is comfortably furnished and features a wood-burning stove with a glass window to view the fire. The living room and dining area are also very cosy. Cook for yourself—just like at home—since the chalet has a fully equipped, modern kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. The basement houses the ski boot storage area with a ski boot dryer. Skis can be stored in the lockable wooden shed behind the house.Particularly noteworthy is the penthouse-style attic bedroom with a magnificent view of the ski slopes from Grießenkar as well as the Flachau mountains. Not to be forgotten is the terrace with a garden and barbecue facilities, entirely private for your exclusive use. Parking spaces and a carport are available free of charge. There is a children’s playground behind the house.
