Holiday house in a sunny and quiet private setting with Sauna

Self-catering house, fully equipped, with sauna, private rest room with a tiny bar, 2 Bathrooms with shower, 4 big Bedrooms, 1 big Living room with a huge corner bench and 2 tables for approx.16 persons, 1 big fully equipped kitchen. With a cosy corner seat for approx...10 persons (coffee maker, toaster, electrical cooker, fridge with freezer, dish washer), additional wood burning stove makes it hospitable. (The whole house has central heating) satellite-TV, CD-Radio, 2 toilets, 1 storage room! Farmhouse completely renovated in 2007 in an absolute private setting, just a few minutes by car to Mühlbach/Hkg . From the balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley. Big garden with barbecue area & lawn to relax. There are 4 Mountain Bikes available. Snow chains are often necessary during winter time. Is ideal for groups until 14 persons.

Central location for all excursions: Hikers can find in a few km. lots of starting points for several excursions with the panoramic views.

Special features: Our baker supplies fresh bred every morning if desired, Sundays too! A barbecue area nearby our outdoor sitting area invites to celebrate and enjoy .The landlord - our barbecue Professional - invites you to an evening barbecue.
